Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide strategic legal guidance.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and other legal proceedings as required.
- Stay updated on changes in corporate laws and regulations to ensure legal advice is current and effective.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership.
- Proven experience as a corporate lawyer with a focus on business and commercial law.
- Strong understanding of corporate legal principles and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in legal research tools and software.
